RFID Tags and Labels

High-quality RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) tags and labels designed for durability and longevity. Available in various form factors (labels, hard tags, adhesive tags) to suit different types of assets, environments, and treatments. RFID tags are equipped with unique identifiers that can be read by RFID readers for accurate asset identification.

RFID Readers and Scanners

RFID readers with different frequency options (LF, HF, UHF) to accommodate various asset tracking needs. Handheld RFID scanners for mobile asset tracking, allowing users to scan assets in different locations. Fixed RFID readers installed at key points such as entry/exit gates, storage areas, and production lines for continuous tracking.

Barcode Scanners:

Barcode scanners for asset identification and tracking, providing an alternative or complementary method to RFID. Capable of reading 1D and 2D barcodes, offering flexibility for businesses that use both RFID and traditional barcode technology.

Discovery

  1. Introductory Call (30 minutes) – Understand your goals and needs and determine if we can help.
  2. Demo Call (30 minutes) – Show you our product offering and confirm your interest.
  3. Discovery Call (90 minutes) – Deep dive your process, technology stack, and definition of success. This informs our initial proposal and our integration timeline.
  4. Site Visit (2-3 hours) – Walk through your facilities with client stakeholders to see your operation up close.

Proposal

  1. Statement of Work – Wave creates a Statement of Work (SOW) – which includes a detailed process map – for client review and feedback.
  2. Final Quote & MSA – Once the SOW is agreed upon, Wave shares a Final Quote and Master Service Agreement (MSA).
  3. Client Sign Off – Client signs Final Quote and MSA, and Wave begins development and installation.

Implementation

  1. Kickoff Call (90 minutes) – Wave Team meets with all client stakeholders to review development and installation plan. This is in the form of a detailed Gantt chart.
  2. Development – Wave Engineering configures the clients' solutions, creates any requisite integrations, and conducts extensive testing in advance of product install and training.
  3. Product Install and Training – Product is moved into QA for client testing and training. Wave conducts training (on-site or virtual, depending on client preference) for users.

Go Live

Once client review, testing, and approval is completed the product is moved to the production environment for go-live.
